Over $516m Worth Goods Exported From Markazi Prov

Arak, Markazi prov, Oct 1, IRNA - Some dlrs 516.9 million worth of oil and gas products were exported via Markazi province during the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2013), it was announced here on Tuesday. Managing Director of the provincial customs office said that the figure indicates an increase of 63 percent in terms of value compared to that of the corresponding period last year. Mehdi Mir-Ashrafi underlined that some $404.2 million worth of oil and gas products were exported during the period, marking a 106 percent increase compared to the corresponding period last year. He stressed that the commodities have been exported to 30 countries including Azerbaijan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Italy, China, Romania, Sweden, Oman, Lebanon, Hungary, Egypt, Qatar and India./end
