President: Gov't Upholds Dignity In Campaign Against Sanctions

Tehran, Oct 29, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani said on Monday that the 11th government is upholding dignity in campaign against sanctions. Addressing a group of MPs, President Rouhani said highlighting problems does not mean inability to solve them and government is upholding honor and dignity in campaign against sanctions. “Had it been otherwise, the case would have been settled much sooner and without the ongoing visit and talks.” He noted that all the government is capable enough to safeguard national rights. “Naturally, reaching agreement and settling all the problems would take time; of course, I hope we will take the initial step to solve the problem by the year-end.” Such a thing would be possible through support of people, Majlis and guidelines of the Supreme Leader, added the president. ”Stronger support inside, will empower the government to proceed with the campaign against sanctions.”/end
