Official: Removal Of Sanctions Will Reduce Production Costs

Tehran, Feb 1, IRNA – Managing Director of Marine Industries Parts Qassem Nabipour underlined that the removal of sanctions will reduce the production costs of marine equipment. ˈIn the procurement section and the needed marine equipment, this company is procuring about 25 percent of the required parts will be procured from domestic resources and 75 percent of that through foreign companies,ˈ Nabipour said. He underlined that although the westerners have imposed unjust sanctions against different marine industries, the Iranian experts bypassed the sanctions for the sake of procurement of the required equipment and spare parts of the industry. ˈIn this section, only 15 percent of marine requirement, including paint, oil and the related items are imported and 85 percent of them are procured from domestic sources,ˈ Nabipour said./end
