Ilham Aliyev receives NATO Sec Gen’s special rep for Caucasus and Central Asia

Baku, Azerbaijan, Sept. 26 Trend: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai.
