Russian Presidential Aide receives Bahrain’s Ambassador

Moscow, Apr. 24 (BNA): Yuri Ushakov, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation, received Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Saati, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation.

Ushakov welcomed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s participation as Guest of Honour at the upcoming St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, scheduled to be held from June 18 to 20. He expressed hope that it would further strengthen relations across various fields.

Ambassador Al Saati expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s appreciation for being named Guest of Honour at the forum, which coincides with the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. He emphasised the depth of the distinguished ties between Bahrain and Russia.

The meeting also addressed bilateral relations and ways to enhance cooperation to serve the mutual interests of both countries and peoples.
