Elections 2025: Kyrgyz citizens can vote in any city

Bishkek, Sept. 26, 2025. /Kabar/. Kyzmat state company has been cooperating with the Central Election Commission (CEC) for many years. This year, the organization was officially registered as a technical operator, Nurlan Aidiev, Deputy Director of Kyzmat told.
According to him, elections will soon be held due to the dissolution of the Kyrgyz Parliament, and preparations are currently underway in together with CEC. The main difference with the upcoming elections is that our citizens will no longer be tied to a specific polling station. For example, if someone is registered in Osh but the person is in Bishkek on election day, they will be able to vote at any nearby polling station. It is important for us to create convenient conditions for voters and increase the attendance, Aidiev said.
He added that special attention is being paid to security issues, and work is being carried out jointly with the State Committee for National Security's Cyber Center, which conducts ongoing audits. Our information systems will be reliably protected, emphasized Nurlan Aidiev.
Aidiev also stated that the program is ready for high loads. Even with a large number of users, there will be no problems. Active testing is currently underway, including with our citizens abroad. No serious issues have been recorded. We also conducted load tests, which demonstrated the system's smooth operation, he concluded.
