Performance Given by National Artistic Information Team of Schoolchildren

Pyongyang, October 5 (KCNA) -- Art performance "Children's Union, Let's March ahead following the Party Flag" was given by the national artistic information team of schoolchildren on Saturday at the Pyongyang Municipal Youth Park Open-Air Theatre to celebrate the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Among the audience were Mun Chol, chairman of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League, youth league officials and schoolchildren in Pyongyang.
The performance began with the prologue "Glory to Our Motherly Party". Performers highly sang of their reverence for the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un in such numbers as female solo "Our Father is the Best" and story-telling and song "Marshal Kim Jong Un is Our Father".
Female solo and pangchang "Our Classmates", brass ensemble and song "Let's Learn for Korea" and other numbers fully represented the joy and optimism of schoolchildren who are giving full play to their hope and talents equipped with knowledge, good moral character and good health.
Guitar ensemble "Comrades, Let's Join the Army" and drum ensemble "We Will Also Go to Mt Paektu" which showed the image of the new generation preparing themselves to be masters who will shoulder the future of prosperous Korea were acclaimed by the audience.
The performance representing the pledge of the schoolchildren to become young revolutionaries and young patriots firmly believing in and following Kim Jong Un ended with epilogue "Dear Father". -0-
