Kyrgyzstan, Hungary hold talks on sanction issues

Bishkek, Oct. 15, 2025. /Kabar/. During his working visit to Hungary, First Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers Daniyar Amangeldiev met with Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó.

During the talks, the parties discussed cooperation within the European Union, including sanctions. Daniyar Amangeldiev emphasized the importance of Kyrgyzstan maintaining steady economic development and expressed his readiness to continue cooperation with EU member states on sanctions issues.

The parties noted with satisfaction the dynamic development of bilateral relations, particularly the strengthening of political dialogue, the expansion of trade and economic ties, and the development of investment partnerships.
