Holy Kaaba Washing to Be Carried Out Today in Three Stages

   Makkah, June 30, 2026, SPA -- The washing of the Holy Kaaba, scheduled for today, will be carried out in three main stages marked by meticulous care and precision that reflect the reverence due to the time and place. Preparations begin with 15 liters of Zamzam water, 15 liters of rose water, 15 liters of rose oil, and 100 ml of oud oil.
   The three stages are preparation, washing, then perfuming and incense burning.
   The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques said each stage is carried out with great care and precision, reflecting the status of the Holy Kaaba and befitting its deep-rooted place in the hearts of Muslims. The authority said all materials used are carefully prepared in advance in line with the latest and highest standards and service systems for this global event.
