Kalma Foodstuff Factory

 Pyongyang, August 14 (KCNA) -- Kalma Foodstuff Factory is located in Wonsan City, the east coastal city of Kangwon Province in the DPRK.
The factory, a modern fish processing base, was built thanks to the loving care of respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un who dedicated himself to providing the people with a affluent and highly civilized life.
The respected Comrade General Secretary initiated the construction of the factory, named it, chose the most suitable its site, and resolved the construction-related problems.
On August 14, 2014, he visited the newly-inaugurated factory. At the factory he clarified the tasks and ways of managing and operating the factory, including the issues of keeping the production going at a high rate, establishing a proper system of supplying materials and improving the packing.
By introducing new processing methods and developing the processing skills, the factory produced processed squid and hard-finned sandfish of high quality and developed new products.
