President Zhaparov warns law enforcement agencies not to pressure businesses

Bishkek, Feb.18, 2026 /Kabar/. President Sadyr Zhaparov stated that law enforcement agencies should not unjustifiably pressure entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of the state. He made this statement at the official opening ceremony of the cable car in Ala-Archa National Park.
Head of state emphasized that the most favorable conditions for entrepreneurs to invest in various sectors are being created.
"We will continue to create a comfortable environment for investors. A moratorium on unjustified inspections has also been introduced." "If entrepreneurs develop, tax revenues will increase, new jobs will be created, and this will benefit the state and the people. Moreover, when the state trusts them and creates the necessary conditions, I hope that entrepreneurs will operate honestly and not hide their taxes," the president noted.
