454 Births at King Salman Royal Reserve Confirm Success of Environmental Programs

   Sakaka, September 21, 2026, SPA -- The King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Royal Reserve Development Authority recorded 454 births among reintroduced wildlife in the reserve through August 2026, reflecting the effectiveness of its strategic plans and field management and protection efforts.
   The milestone highlights the success of sustainable programs in providing a safe natural environment for native species to reproduce and helping restore ecological balance within the largest nature reserve in the Middle East.
   The births include sand gazelles, Nubian ibexes, Arabian oryxes, and Arabian gazelles, indicating continued growth among reintroduced species in the reserve.
   These positive indicators reflect the authority's ongoing efforts to protect and develop natural habitats, in line with Saudi Arabia's national targets for preserving biodiversity and restoring the Kingdom's environmental heritage under Saudi Vision 2030.
