Crime of Japan, Sworn Enemy of Korean Nation

 Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- The Japanese reactionaries, not content with suppressing Koreans in Japan, committed the crudest sort of evil act against defenseless girl students wearing Korean chima (skirt) and jogori (jacket).
Typical example is the violence against a Korean schoolgirl happened in Japan in November 1983.
Letting loose outburst that "Koreans get out of Japan", a Japanese gangster hit a girl in Korean dress on the head to trance with a wooden club when she was coming back from the school.
Early in December, 10-odd days later from that incident, another Korean schoolgirl suffered a sword stroke by a gangster.
The General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and Japan-resident Koreans strongly demanded an immediate probe into the cases and the prevention of reoccurrence, but the Japanese police authorities shut their eyes to the criminal acts while postponing the investigation and dismissing them as "game of tag by some hooligans".
Similar incidents continued to occur thereafter.
More than 160 cases of such violence against Korean schoolgirls were reported in Japan in 1994 alone.
In November 1998, a girl student of Tokyo Korean Middle and High School was stabbed on the way home from Sinjuku Station. Such violence against Korean schoolgirls wearing skirt and jacket ran up to tens or hundreds of cases every year from the early 1980s to the late 1990s.
Over such incidents occurred afterwards, a Japanese newspaper said that a monster appeared in Japan to doggedly commit all sorts of curses and outrages against weak Korean schoolgirls wearing chima and jogori and that Japan seemed to be a land good for the monster to live in. -0-
