68 Jouf University Researchers Named Among World's Top 2% Most-Cited Scientists

Sakaka, October 10, 2026, SPA -- Sixty-eight faculty members and researchers from Jouf University have been included in Stanford University's 2026 list of the world's top 2% most-cited scientists, reflecting the development of the university's research ecosystem, the quality of its scholarly output, and its standing in the international scientific community.
Jouf University President Prof. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Shaya highlighted the support Saudi Arabia's leadership provides to the education sector and its commitment to developing academic and research capabilities. He also acknowledged the attention of the Governor of Al-Jouf Region and his deputy, as well as the Ministry of Education's efforts to advance universities and enhance their scientific outcomes.
