Multi-million USD project on HIV/AIDS prevention among youth

Hanoi (VNA) - A 26.5 million USD project to raise young people's
awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention and control was kicked off on June 15 with
a radio programme relating to the epidemic.

The project, to run until 2010, will feature a series of media programmes
dealing with issues close to the youth such as love, entertainment,
friendship, family relationship and reproductive health, according to Head
of the Communications and Education Division under the General Office for
Population and Family Planning Ngo Khang Cuong.

Provision of free HIV/AIDS consultancy and test services will also be
implemented in 25 cities and provinces nationwide.

Under the project, a 105-episode TV series will also be made with the
title "A house with many windows".-Enditem
