Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Deputy Premier and head of the State Emergency Commission (SEC) M.Enkhbold gave Wednesday a report about a spread of the swine flu virus in Mongolia. According to him, a number of infected swine flu virus(A/H1N1) reached 1,331 by proven lab tests as of February 2 nationwide.
Ulaanbaatar has registered 825 cases, aimags--506. As of present, 870 thousand people--35 per cent of the population--have been injected the vaccines.
Governors of aimags and Mayor of the city were ordered to put a control over the virus spread during the Lunar New Year celebration and to have people adhere to hygiene and sanitary regimes.
Health Minister S.Lambaa was told to prevent the nation from the infections, ensure readiness of medical aid and service, provide people with vaccines and to continue the immunization.
