Chinese Ambassador bids farewell to NA President
VIENTIANE,FEB 5 (KPL) - Chinese Ambassador Mr Pan Guangxue on Friday paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, President of the National Assembly to bid farewell at the end of his diplomatic mission in Laos.
During the meeting, Mr. Thongsing Thammavong congratulated the Chinese Ambassador for his contribution to strengthening the friendly relations and comprehensive co-operation between Laos and China. Mr. Thongsing also wished the outgoing Chinese ambassador good success in his new mission and a good trip home.
The outgoing ambassador thanked the NA President and Lao officials at all levels for providing support and facilities which helped him successfully fulfil his diplomatic duties in Laos.
The Chinese diplomat also reaffirmed his continuing support for the strong relations and co-operation between China and Laos.
