CH.KHURELBAATAR WORKS IN UVS

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Head of the Cabinet Secretariat of the government Ch.Khurelbaatar MP has worked in Uvs province to get au fait with the overwintering and has taken some measures on the spot.
In accordance with a governmental decision, it has been started to sell to herdsmen 120 tons bran, 180 tons pellet feed, 300 tons hay from the state reserved fund at Ulaangom, Omnogobi and Bokhmoron soums, at discount price of 50 per cent.
Extreme cold still stays in the aimag. Night's temperature of minus 40 to 48 is staying for almost 50 days. The aimag's Tarlialan, Turgen, Sagil and Zuungobi soums in disaster situation. The overwintering is worsening in some 10 soums. Number of perished livestock is increasing as well.
The parliamentarian granted diploma to the foremost herdsmen of the title of "State excellent herdsman" and "State foremost herdsman". Tarialan soum's kindergarten was selected as the state foremost kindergarten.
