GOVT RAISES RP4.4 TRILLION FROM STATE BOND AUCTION
Jakarta, Feb 23 (ANTARA) - The government raised Rp4.4 trillion in funds from the sale of state bonds in an auction here on Tuesday.
Director General of Debt Management at the Finance Ministry Rahmat Waluyanto said in a statement the bonds offered at the auction were series SPN20110210, FR0031, FR0052, and FR0050, all of which were the reopening of the existing issues.
The total amount of incoming bids for the bonds was Rp12.3 trillion.
In the auction the government received Rp3.89 trillion bids for the bonds series SPN20110210 with the highest yield of 7.06 percent and the lowest 6.81 percent.
The bids for the series FR0031 reached Rp4.57 trillion with the highest yield of 10.50 percent and the lowest 9.81 percent.
The auction of the series FR0052 attracted Rp2.07 trillion bids with the highest yield of 11.15 percent and the lowest 10.81 percent.
The series FR0050 received Rp1.79 trillion bids with the highest yield of 11.15 percent and the lowest 10.81 percent.
Based on the incoming bids, the finance minister decided the amount of bids absorbed from the auction of the series SPN20110210 was Rp1.85 trillion with a weighted average yield of 6.899 percent, and that of the series FR0031 was Rp0.35 trillion with a weighted average yield of 9.88 percent and a coupon of 11.00 percent.
The series SPN20110210 will mature on February 10, 2011 and the series FR0031 on November 15, 2020.
The amount of bids absorbed from the auction of the series FR0052 was Rp1.02 trillion with a weighted average yield of 10.78 percent and a coupon of 10.50 percent and that of the series FR0050 was Rp1.2 trillion with a weighted average yield of 10.87 percent and a coupon of 10.50 percent.
The series FR0052 will be due on September 15, 2030 and the series FR0050 on August 15, 2038.
