INTILAND TO RAISE RP2 TRILLION THROUGH RIGHTS ISSUE

Jakarta, March 1 (ANTARA) - Publicly-listed property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) plans to raise Rp2.073 trillion through a rights issue.

The number of shares to be offered at the rights issue would be 2,073,170,722 with a nominal value of Rp500 each, the company said in its condensed prospectus on Monday.

The ratio of the rights issue would be 3 to 2, meaning that every three old shareholders deserved to buy two new shares, it said.

Intiland is expected to hold a general shareholders meeting on March 29 to approve the company's plan for the rights issue.

Intiland is 37.08 percent owned by UBS AG of Singapore and 33.15 percent by Credit Suisse of Singapore, among others.
