Laos-Luxembourge helps Pakheuang access clean water
(KPL) The Laos-Luxembourg Project has supported 91 million kip to the
construction of gravity-fed water system for villagers in Parkheuang,
Borikhan district, Borikhamxay province.
In addition, the locals also contribute over 30 million kip to the
construction, increasing the investment in the construction up to 122
million kip.
The project has been implemented since mid-April this year
with an aim to improve living condition of locals, especially in helping
them access clean water for daily consumption.
The handover of the gravity-fed water system was held last week between the
representative of the Laos-Luxembourg Project and local authorities at the
witness of Deputy Head of Public Health Office of Borikhan district,
Borikhamsay province, Mr. Soulivanh Inthisane.
