FAMOUS FRENCH ARTISTS ARRIVE

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ In frames of the 40th anniversary of the International Organization of the Francophonie (IOF), a film festival of the Francophonie is organized in Mongolia, China and Hong Kong, under auspices of the "Art Genesis" international organization, the "TV5 Monde" French TV channel and the Embassy of the Republic of France in Ulaanbaatar.
A part of the film festival is running in the "Tengis" movie theatre in the city. The opening ceremony will run Tuesday evening with a film "Nanny". Famous French artists Sophie Marceau and Christopher Lambert who played main roles in the film arrived Tuesday in Ulaanbaatar.
In addition, the Embassies of Canada, France, Switzerland, Hungary and Vietnam in Ulaanbaatar are attending the festival with their films.
