.Russian Prime Minister to visit India on March 11-12.

MOSCOW, March 9 (Itar-Tass) - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin
will pay a working visit to India at the invitation of his Indian
counterpart Manmohan Singh on March 11 through 12, the governmental press
service said on Tuesday.

During his visit, Putin will meet with Indian President Pratibha Patil
and will hold talks with Manmohan Singh.
"The sides are expected to discuss a wide range of issues of strategic
partnership between Russia and India. Paramount attention will be paid to
bilateral cooperation in the areas of industry, machine-building, nuclear
power generation, telecommunications, etc. A number of Russian-Indian
documents are planned to be signed," the press service said.
