DULMATIN'S RELATIVES VIEW HIS BODY AT POLICE HOSPITAL

Jakarta, March 11 (ANTARA) - Members of the family of Dulmatin alias Joko Pitono, a most wanted terrorist who was shot dead in Pamulang near Jakarta Tuesday, came to a police hospital here Thursday to see his body.

His elder brother, Azzam Baabud, and a few of his other relatives arrived at the Police Hospital in East Jakarta, at 1 pm and went straight to a room where Dulmatin's body was kept.

The family members came to the hospital to ascertain that the body really belonged to Dulmatin and to make arrangements for the body's tranportation to his home village for burial.

Dulmatin, alias Yahya alias Mansyur alias Joko Pitono was shot dead in a police raid on the second floor of Multiplus Internet shophouse in Pamulang, South Tengerang city, Banten province (near Jakarta) on Tuesday.

Indonesian Police Chief General Bambang Hendarso Danuri told a press conference on Wednesday that of the three terror suspects shot dead during anti-terror police raids in two separate places in Pamulang, one was Dulmatin, the most wanted terror mastermind in Southeast Asia.

The two other bodies were identified as Ridwan and Hasan Nur, who were said to be Dulmatin's body guards.
