Baku, March 15 (AzerTAc). OSCE Minsk Group French co-chair Bernard Fassier has made a telephone call to Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mamamdyarov to express concern over distortion of his statement by media in Armenia and, then, in Azerbaijan.
He said he would never presume, as co-chair and, in particular, military man, to assess the state of any army.
