PROJECT STARTS FOR PEOPLE IN REMOTE SOUMS
Ulaanbaatar,/MONTSAME/ Opening ceremony of a project "Providing people of remote provinces of Mongolia with social comprehensive service" ran Tuesday in Bayan-Olgii aimag. A training-seminar for the project was held the same day as well.
The project is realized by the government of Mongolia and the United Nations' specialized organizations in remote soums of Bayan-Olgii, Uvs, Khovd, Khovsgol and Dornod aimags. The project's total cost is about USD 3 million.
The project's seminar has been attended by D.Nyamjav, a deputy head of the Cabinet Secretariat of the government; Sh.Narantuya, an advisor to the Deputy Premier of Mongolia; Sh.Buuveibaatar, a senior expert of the Cabinet Secretariat, and officials of related Ministries, agencies and UN's specialized organizations.
