Cooperation accords with Sudan and Spain ratified

SANA'A, July 1 (Saba)- A republican decree No. 126/2008 was issued
to ratify agreement of plants quarantine signed between Yemen and
Sudan.

Other decree No. 127/2008 was issued to ratify a memorandum of
understanding in field of technical education and vocational
training that has been signed between Yemeni and Spanish
governments.

Third decree No. 128/2008 was issued to ratify a memorandum of
understanding signed between Yemeni ministry of health and its
Spanish counterpart.

Fourth decree No. 129/2008 was issued to appoint Mohammed al-Aishi
as deputy foreign minister for Arab and Asia and Africa affairs.
