Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ According to a preliminary report, some 140 pupils have been poisoned with substandard foods of the "Lunch" program, in Khovd aimag's Bulgan soum. Among the poisoned, one pupil's health is in a hard condition, of 25 ones in bad.
The soum's hospital is treating 31 pupils, 117 pupils are being treated in dormitories. For the time being, the poisoned pupils are suffering fever, some have been going to convulsions. Experts have diagnosed that the children got poisoned with Mille-feuille (Napoleon cake) given them for lunch. Urgent measures are being taken, and related experts are investigating the case.

Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Mongolia has worked in Khovd aimag. During the stay, the Ambassador visited kindergartens, secondary schools and hospitals of the aimag's center, met with teachers and medical doctors. The aimag's governor G.Nyamdavaa received the Ambassador and shared views on works and activities of the medical organizations, schools and kindergartens.
