HRM WARNS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING PERILS AGAINST ARAB SECURITY
DOHA, March 23 (Saba)- Minister of Human Rights Huda al-Ban warned on Tuesday about dangers of human trafficking against security and stability of the Arab and Islamic countries.
In her speech at the Doha Forum for Arab Initiative for Building National Capacities to Combat Human Trafficking, wrapped up Tuesday in Doha of Qatar, al-Ban said the phenomenon of human trafficking has become dangerous for fundamentals of our communities as it is an organized act of crime.
She emphasized the necessity to quickly set up national strategies in each country for fighting this kind of phenomenon and to open new channels for communication, coordination and cooperation among all Arab countries concerned in order to exchange information in an unstoppable way.
She called for dealing with human trafficking through an integrated vision containing all required hubs at the political, media, educational, legal, cultural and security levels.
