YEMENI ENVOY MEETS JAPANESE OFFICIAL

TOKYO, March 27 (Saba)- Yemeni ambassador to Japan Marwan Noaman has
met Executive chairman of The Japan External Trade Organization
(JETRO).

During the meeting, the Yemeni envoy and the Japanese official
reviewed aspects of trade cooperation between Yemen and the JETRO as
well as possibilities of investment by Japanese companies in various
areas in Yemen.

Noaman called on the JETRO chairman to urge Japanese companies to
invest in infrastructure sector in Yemen, including the areas of
solar energy, wind power, water desalination, oil and gas
exploration and heavy and light industries.
