US AMBASSADOR TOURS SELENGE PROVINCE
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Mongolia, Jonathan Addleton has visited Selenge aimag, the northern province of the country.
Selenge Governor J.Erdenebat welcomed the U.S. Ambassador and introduced to him a history and development of his province.
"A security alarm system was installed in Amarbayasgalant Monastery here in Selenge under the project of the USA. Another project, but with th same target, will be implemented in this monastery," Mr Addleton said.
The U.S. Ambassador offered his thanks to the Selenge Governor for helping and supporting Peace Corps staffers who are working in the province.
