PURP ACTIVITIES PROMOTED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ The Peri-Urban Rangeland Project (PURP) and Centre for Policy and Research (CPR), a contractor of the project, called a press conference March 30, 2010, to report and promote its activities.
The main goal of the press conference was to provide better understanding on the PURP activities and to introduce ongoing selection process of suitable rangeland tracts and herder groups in Ulaanbaatar, Darhan, and Erdenet peri-urban areas.
