COMMITTEE TO TACKLE SAADA WAR EFFECTS APPROVES START OF RECONSTRUCTION

SANA'A, April 04 (Saba) – The Higher Committee to address the effects of insurgence war in Saada province and Harf Sufian district approved on Sunday the start of reconstruction in the provinces.

The committee mandated the Executive General Manager of the Reconstruction Fund to set the plan for reconstruction in coordination with the governors of Sa'ada and Amran provinces, and to submit it to the meeting of the board of the fund within the next week for discussion and approval.

In this regard, the committee connected between the reconstruction and the complete implementation of the six points by the al-Houthi elements according to the executive mechanism and records that have been signed in this respect, as they represent an importance in providing the necessary security and stability for the development process and reconstruction.

On the other hand, the committee assigned a number of the concerned ministers to pay field visits to Saada province and Harf Sufian district of Amran province, particularly the targeted districts during this phase in order to push forward the reconstruction process especially in the service areas.

During its meeting, the committee got acquainted with the reports of ministers on the priorities of addressing the effects of the rebellion and sabotage war each one in his jurisdiction areas.

The committee stressed the necessity of the continued efforts to enhance the pillars of peace and stability in the province in order to accelerate the development process and reconstruction.
