PROTOCOL ON ECONOMIC COOPERATION SIGNED

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ Top officials from Mongolia and the Russain Buryat Republic discussed Tuesday works done in trade and economic sectors in 2008-2009 and a protocol on cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres for 2010-2012.
Alexsandr Evgenevich Chepik, a Deputy Head of the Economic Development Affairs of Buryatia is visiting Mongolia at the invitation of D.Tsogtbaatar, a State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia.
The two parties also discussed investment feasibilities in Mongolia's infrastructure, construction and transport sectors.Thus, a protocol on cooperation in trade, economic and humanitarian spheres for 2010-2012 was signed by G.Jargalsaikhan, Head of the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia, and by Mr Chepik.
L.Gansukh, a Minister of Environment and Tourism, and Kh.Battulga, a Minister of Road, Transport, Construction and Urban Planning, met with the Buryat delegation to discuss the bilateral cooperation.
