Yemeni-Omani joint Ministerial committee to convene soon
SANA'A, April 10 (Saba) -
The Yemeni-Omani joint ministerial committee is to be held its 10th session in
Sana'a on
April 21, Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Hisham Sharaf
said on Saturday.
Sharaf told the state-run 26sep.net that the meeting is to be chaired by Minister
of Transport Khalid al-Wazir and Omani Minister of Transport and Communications
Khamis
bin Mubarak al-Alawi.
At the conclusion of the committee's meeting, the two sides would sign some
agreements in various areas, Sharaf said.
Sharf said that the Omani grant of $ 100 million run by the Arab Fund for Economic
and Social Development (AFESD) has been used in areas of transport as well as
developing
the economic zone in al-Shahn outlet opposite the Mazyona zone in Oman.
