Tens killed by road accidents in week in Yemen

SANA'A, April 10 (Saba) - About 46 people were killed and 292 others were injured due to road accidents throughout the country in the last week.

According to a report issued by the Traffic General Administration, about 248 road accidents taken place al over the governorates, including 135 crashes and 98 running over, 22 overturning and 3 falling accidents, came out with over YR 46 million as a material losses.

The main reasons behind the accidents were excessive speed, drivers' neglect, technical defects, wrong overtaking and others, the report said.
