President Saleh arrives in Say'un

SAY'UN, April 10 (Saba)-President Ali Abdullah
Saleh arrived on Saturday in Say'un on city in an inspection visit for the city and
village
and desert of Hadramout province.
President Saleh was welcomed by the governor of Hadramout and a huge gathering of
people who waited for him in the entrance of the city.
The gathering chanted welcome songs, expressing happiness for the visit of
president Saleh to the city.
In his visit to Saha district of Hadramout, president Saleh opened a first phase of
the gas power plant project at capacity of 30 MgW at a total cost of $ 45 million,
asking
to raise the capacities of the plant to 150 MgW by utilizing the gas which comes out
from oil block No. 10 where Total Company is working.
He also visited oil facilities in the block for the company, asking the company and
ministry of oil and minerals to do further explorations in the block.
