SANA'A, April 11
(Saba) - Yemen and South Korea reviewed here on Sunday possibility of involving
Korean investors
in the railway project that would link the Yemeni cities with each other.
The railway that would also link Yemen with Gulf States by (B.O.T) system would be

Minister of Transport Khalid al-Wazir and the Korean ambassador to Yemen Won-ho
Kwak also talked about the possibility of joining Korean investors in the project
of strategic
partner for the Yemeni shipyards company at Aden port.
The two officials also discussed the problems caused by piracy and the efforts
exerted by Yemen in this regard.
The Korean diplomat hailed Yemen's efforts in combating piracy, starting with its
efforts in preparing Djibouti Code of Conduct (DCC) and ending with establishing a
regional
maritime information centre in Sana'a to coordinate efforts and exchange information
to combat piracy.
Kwak expressed his country's readiness to support the Yemeni Coastguard with two
