Al-Arhabi returns home

SANA'A, April 12 ( Saba)- Deputy Primer Minster for Economic
Affairs, Minster of Planning and International Cooperation, Abdul Karim Ismail
al-Arhabi,
has returned home from Cairo where he held talks with officials at the World Bank.
During the talks, Yemen and the bank signed two grant agreements worth $ 55 million
for financing developmental projects in the country. The grants would be used to
finance
the port cities project Aden, Mukallah and Hodeida and the urban development project
in Taiz.
Al-Arhabi also headed the Yemeni delegation for the annual meeting of governors of
the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and Arab financial institutions
which
was held in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
