PAKISTAN TO PARTICIPATE IN DSA 2010

KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 (Bernama) -- Pakistan will participate in the Defence
Services Asia (DSA) 2010 exhibition in Kuala Lumpur between April 19 and April
22 which will provide opportunities for its defence related entities to showcase
their high-quality and effective products and services.

Pakistan Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar will lead a high-level
55-member delegation to the exhibition.

In a statement, Pakistan High Commission Defence Advisor Commodore Zahid
Akran said Pakistan's defence manufacturing sector was capable of meeting
the bulk requirements of foreign customers in areas of medium and
high-technology

Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), Global Industrial & Defence
Solutions (GIDS), Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) and Scientific Engineering and
Technology Services (SETS) were among the Pakistan defence-related companies
that have confirmed their participation.
