Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya suffers mild attack

Nashik, Apr 15 (PTI) Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, one of
the prime accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast in India's
western state of Maharastra suffered a mild heart attack on
Wednesday night and her condition is now stable, hospital
sources said on Thursday.
37-year-old Thakur is undergoing treatment at the Nashik
Civil Hospital, where she was shifted around 11 pm on
Wednesday after she felt uncomfortable and also complained of
stomach ache, they said.
Thakur was earlier admitted in Ayurveda Seva Sangh
Hospital from where she was moved to the civil hospital.
Cardiologist Dr Avinash Dharmadhikari examined her last
night after she was admitted to the hospital's ICU, the
sources said.
Eleven accused of the Malegaon blast including Thakur,
Major Prasad Purohit and others are currently in judicial
custody. All except Thakur are lodged in Nashik Road Central
