FRANCE DENIES EX-BIN LADEN BODYGUARD VISA

SANA'A, April 17 (Saba) - French authorities have denied the former bodyguard of Osama Bin Laden Nasser Al-Bahri an entry visa.

Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Bernard Valiro said in a press conference on Friday that it was not suitable for Al-Bahri to enter France.

The Saudi-born Al-Bahri joined Bin Laden in Afghanistan in 1996 but he left the organization in 2000 after he was arrested in Yemen following the bombing of the US Cole destroyer.

Al-Bahri's denied visa was aimed at taking part in launching a book on Bin Laden titled: under the shadow of Bin Laden.
