SABA TO TAKE PART IN OANA SUMMIT IN SEOUL

SANA'A, April 19 (Saba)- Saba News Agency is taking part in he
Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA) Summit that will
be held in Seoul capital of South Korea for period from 21st to 24th
April.

The head of Saba delegation to the summit, deputy board chairman and
deputy editor in chief Rajeh al-Jabwobi said that 46 news agencies
in 37 countries worldwide would participate in the summit.

Al-Jabwobi added that the Seoul summit would be a great opportunity
to exchange views, share visions, and strengthen the partnership
among OANA members.

OANA and Yonhap News Agency, South Korea's key news agency, are
co-hosting the OANA Summit Congress.

OANA was formed in 1961 on the initiative of UNESCO to promote
regional news exchanges and now claims 40 members in 33 countries.
