President Saleh returns home

SANA'A, April 19 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh has returned home after a one-day visit to Egypt to congratulate his Egyptian
counterpart Hosni Mubarak over the successful surgery undergone in Germany.

During the visit, the two Arab leaders held a bilateral summit aimed at boosting
the brotherly relations and the joint cooperation between the two countries as well
as exchanging
the points of view towards the Arab, regional and international developments that
concern the two countries and the Arab world.
Saleh and Mubarak also reviewed the latest developments of the Palestinian case and
the current Arab challenges. They discussed ways to enhance the joint Arab work.
In his visit to Egypt, President Saleh was accompanied by Shura Chairman Abdul Aziz
Abdul Ghani, Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi and Secretary General of the State
Presidency
Abdullah al-Bashiri.
