Chinese investors are on the top list of investment, followed by French and Thai investors.
The Investment and Planning Service has disclosed that the overseas investment increased to 30 projects, worth US$33.3 million, in 2007, up from nine projects in 2006.
However, the figure of investment in this northern province decreased in 2008, with only 29 projects worth US$24.5 million.
