CBY achieved profit of YR 33 bln in 2009
SANA'A, April 21 (Saba)-Central Bank of
Yemen (CBY) achieved profit at YR 33 billion last year.
The CBY governor Ahmed al-Samawi told Saba that the profit was added to the
government account in the bank, saying that the total of profit of the bank during
few years
ago was YR 288 billion.
He made it clear that the bank runs around 155 accounts thought its branches across
the country.
