YEMENI-JAPANESE POSSIBLE PARLIAMENTARY FORUM DISCUSSED

TOKYO, April 29 (Saba)- Yemen and Japan have discussed issues relating to the establishment of the Yemeni-Japanese parliamentary forum .

Yemen ambassador to Japan Marwan Numan met separately in Tokyo on Thursday with member of Japanese House of Representatives Acouttso Pukekohe and the member of Senate Fujita Yukiisa.

The two Japanese officials praised the Yemeni-Japanese strong relations, welcoming the idea of the parliamentary forum between the two countries .

They also affirmed their country's to support for Yemen for building capacities of the oastguards, fighting against sea piracy and armed robbery and counterterrorism .

the Yemeni ambassador, for his part, appreciated support provided by Japan for Yemen.
