CMES to organize program over legal rights of female workers

SANA'A, April 30
(Saba)- Center for Media and Economic Studies (CMES) is organizing awareness program
over rights
of female labors in Yemen under slogan " Know Your Rights in Work." The center is
organizing the program in cooperation with the Canadian Fund for Supporting Local
Initiatives
(CFLI).
CMES chairman Mustafa Nasr told Saba that the program aims at spreading awareness
on rights of female labors among 3,000 female labors in around 30 official and
private
corporation in the county.
For his part, the political and economic official at the Canadian embassy in Riyadh
said that the program would develop culture among female labors about their rights.
The coordinator of the Canadian fund in Yemen Ahmed al-Yamani said that most female
workers don't know their rights, saying that the program would help these workers
to
have knowledge about their legal rights.
