BOUTIQUE SPA OFFERS BLACK CAVIAR FOR FACIAL BEAUTY

SINGAPORE, May 6 (Bernama) -- The lengths some people will go to in search of beauty seem to know no boundary.

Now, Inzio, a boutique spa in the heart of Chinatown here, is offering black
caviar, the roe of sturgeon usually served as an appetizer, for facial skin
uplifting.

The boutique is using the caviar for the skin's uplifting regime as its
latest signature product aptly named Cavalier Black Caviar Facial.

The product priovides a high performance anti-ageing treatment that lavishes
the skin with pure caviar extract, Inzio said in a statement.

Caviar is known to be rich in proteins, peptides and essential amino acids
which improve skin elasticity, texture, oxygenation and suppleness, while
reducing the effects of ageing, it said.

"Research shows that caviar is an effective tool in fighting ageing because
it has a nearly identical structure as that of human skin," said Inzio's
managing director Annie Tay.

"When we age, our collagen production slows down. The caviar extract helps
to repair the skin by speeding up the metabolism of skin cells, resulting in the
natural production of collagen, thereby, rejuvenating our skins by giving it a
firmer support and a nature supple glow," she said.

Tay said with the ageing of time, the skin's youthful radiance and glow
inevitably faded and certain dullness developed.

But after a session of using the signature product, she said the user would
experience rejuvenation like no other with smooth, velvety, and elastic skin
with a different luminous and radiant glow.

The signature Cavalier Black Caviar Facial is priced at S$350 per session
for 90 minutes by the boutqiue.
