MSF medical aid to Saada discussed
SAADA, May 08 (Saba)- Governor of Saada Taha
Hajir discussed on Saturday with Representative of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) in
Yemen the
organization's supports for Saada province in the medical field and health care.
The discussion dealt with the medical services of many health units, especially in
the rural areas hospitals which need support, medical supplies and equipment.
Hajir praised the organization's efforts and its role in supporting health sector
in the province, calling to increase the support to further qualify the medical
staff and
provide health sector with therapeutic appliances and equipment.
On the other hand, the governor also held talks with the Manager of Emergency
Program of the Islamic Relief Yemen Ra'ad al-Habib on the aid offered by the
organization during
the last period to support Saada.
The talks also dealt with the province requests of assistance to help return the
displaced people to their areas in the province.
